The Use of Restaurant Organic Waste Flour as a Substitute for Concentrate in Joper's Chicken Feed

The purpose of the study was to analyze body weight gain and efficiency feed use in maintenance Joper chicken using restaurant organic waste (ROW) as a substitute for concentrated feed. research material 75 male free-range chickens aged 1.5 month with initial 0.57 – 0.80 g/head coefficient diversity 9.25%. ingredients were ground corn, rice bran, concentrate, commercial dry milled ROW. equipment cages feeding, drinking, weighing. conducted 30 days experimental methods completely randomized design consisting 5 treatment feeds, repeated 3 times, each unit filled heads. Substitution concentrate can improve performance chickens. results showed that 60% ROW (T4) had significant effect (P<0.05) on increasing conversion ratio native On other result, increase gained because containing 40% (T1), rather than feeds materials. This means from or 24% optimally increased chicken.
